Templates Page Explanation About Irregular
Shapes and Page Orientation
Word cannot draw irregular shapes (circles, ovals,
or CD Rom) The templates will appear as a square or
rectangle, depending on the size and shape of the label.
Using the text alignment (center) feature in WORD, text
information can easily be centered on the template of
these irregular shaped labels. The template will provide
the correct horizontal and vertical spacing for printing
irregular shaped labels.
Some label sheets are configured in the "landscape"
format on the page rather than the "portrait" format.
This means that the label is placed vertically (up and
down) on the sheet rather than horizontally (left to
right). Please ensure that your computer is set to the
proper orientation (landscape or portrait) in your "PAGE
SETUP" under the "FILE" menu.
Combination labels require multiple templates. A template
has been designed for each shape on the Combo label
sheet. Enter data for the select label. Then print.
Enter data for the next label. Then print using the
original sheet.
